ONLINE TICKET SALES POLICY:
Online ticket sales end and WILL NOT be available 24 hours prior to concert/event.
Tickets purchased after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day and mailed according to shipping policy.
GOLD SEATING TICKETS
Our Gold seating is based on the date of purchase, the sooner you purchase your Gold seating ticket, the better table you will have.
When Gold seating is available for a concert, this will be the 1st tier of seating on the dance floor, closest to the stage. Tickets must be purchased under one name at the same time to sit together, NO ADD ONS.
RESERVED SEATING TICKETS:
Our Reserved seating is based on the date of purchase, the sooner you purchase your reserved seating ticket, the better seating you will have.
When Gold seating is available for a concert, this will be the seating to the left and right of the Gold seating on the dance floor. Tickets must be purchased under one name at the same time to sit together, NO ADD ONS.
SEATING IS BASED ON YOUR DATE OF PURCHASE.
The Gold and Reserved seating assignments are based on the date of purchase. Your table # is located on your ticket. Once in the venue, locate your table, and choose any available seats at the table you have been assigned to.
As soon as you see or hear of a show advertised, you will want to buy your tickets right away as this type of seating will sell out first.
If you buy Gold or Reserved seating tickets, you need to buy them all at one time, under one name in order to sit together, NO add ons.
GENERAL SEATING TICKETS:
General seating is the seating surrounding the dance floor.
This seating is on a 1st come, 1st serve basis.
Online ticket purchases will be mailed to you via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) within 1-2 business days.
All tickets purchased less than 1 week prior to concert/event will be held for you and can be picked up at the ticket window in lobby of ballroom anytime after the doors open. Tickets are held under the name of the person who purchased them. Contact us at 763-478-6661 for any shipping concerns.
For any regular dance, children under 18 years of age are welcome, but they must be accompanied by a parent.
Persons 18 – 21 years and older must have valid photo I.D.’s and they are left with security for the evening and picked up on the way out.
Persons 21 years and older must have valid photo I.D.’s at time of admission.
PLEASE NOTE: Some concerts/events are age restricted and state 21 years and older.

* Advance online ticket sales stop at 10 PM the day before a show.
* Advance tickets are still available by phone until 10 PM the night prior to the show by call 763-478-6661.
* Tickets are available the day of show, at the door ONLY.
* Ticket purchases day of show are $5 more than the advanced listed price.

* Starting November 1, 2009, Medina will no longer accept checks.
* All Concert and Special Event Tickets Include Tax & a $2 Facility Charge Per Ticket.
