Job Type: Full- or Part-time

Restaurant servers are the heart and soul of the Robert’s Craft Kitchen & Bar. Our staff not only takes orders and assists guests with individual needs, they work as a team to make everyone feel welcome and valued. They are expected to provide a high level of customer service and collaboration with their fellow staff and management team. You must be able to handle multiple tables during peak/busy periods, carry a full tray of food or beverages, and be fully prepared to answer any menu or dietary questions that may arise.

Responsibilities

Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to preparing the restaurant and kitchen for guest arrivals; providing friendly, attentive service; taking customized, detailed orders; having knowledge of our menus and beverage options; anticipating/responding to guests’ needs; processing payments; following through with preparation and cleaning assignments, and more. We are looking for passionate, friendly, and motivated individuals that will place teamwork as a priority.

Qualifications

Experience is preferred but not necessary as we can train the right candidate. Shifts that will be required and non-negotiable include nights, weekends and some holidays.
