Medina Weddings & Catering can help you create an unforgettable day! Medina is home to THREE private event spaces to host your wedding ceremony and reception, rehearsal dinner or bridal shower! Our team will cover all the details so you can focus on what’s truly important – your partner.

We also have space to include your ceremony! We have a couple different options to fit your needs and each fee covers ceremony set up with an aisle, a cordless microphone, a podium, and an audio hookup to our overhead sound system for your ceremony music. We also have wonderful references to officiants, or you may bring in your own.
Our ceremony fees range from $100 – $500 in our Images room and Event Rooms, and from $300 – $800 in our Grand Ballroom.
Event Spaces
The Grand Ballroom
Our Grand Ballroom can accommodate 600 guests, making it a premier venue for the ultimate wedding! With this blank slate, you can truly customize each area of your reception space. Newly remodeled, the Grand Ballroom will create the perfect setting for the day of your dreams.
The Event Rooms
This beautiful setting will create a comfortable atmosphere for weddings up to 200 guests. With neutral colors, The Event Rooms provide the backdrop for memories that will last a lifetime.
Images
The ideal setting for an intimate wedding, Images is a charming space for 140 guests or less. Adorned with windows, a private bar and welcoming patio, Images is a flexible space that will support your ceremony or reception.

“This place was awesome! Missy was our event coordinator and it couldn’t have gone better- thanks to her! She was so open to our suggestions and also gave us advice as to what she’s learned in her years of planning. Missy was extremely professional and flexible. We had to make a minor change five days before the wedding and she made the changes immediately with no problem. The venue was gorgeous, I was nervous about having my reception in a ballroom as I was hoping for something a little more country, but I wouldn’t have changed it now looking back. The staff was so fun and friendly also.”
“From the outside, this event center doesn’t look like much. But TRUST ME! Give it a chance. We had our wedding reception in the grand ballroom and it felt like we were in a dreamy, whimsical garden with the flowing white drapery and lanterns hanging from the ceilings. Truly, this place gave me goosebumps the moment I walked in for set up. The location and the look isn’t what sold us though… it was the staff and the food.. . . . . . THE FOOD! My GOD! My husband had one taste of their angus beef short ribs and A) said this is what he was eating on his wedding day and B) that it was the best beef dish he had ever had. Even our pickiest eaters had nothing but amazing things to say about this food. Another thing, Christine and her staff take food allergies/accommodations extremely seriously. Overall, if you want wedding planning to be less stressful, have good food, great wine, an amazing location then I don’t think you have to look any further. Love this place and its people!!”
“Christine was our coordinator and she went above and beyond in every way to help us plan our big day! She responded to all of our questions so quickly and had ideas of what would work and what wouldn’t. One of the biggest reasons we went with Medina is because the price you pay for the entire night is so reasonable for what you get. The food was sooo good (we recommend the kona crusted short ribs)!! People are still talking about the food a month later. They take care of so many things that hiring other companies for rentals wasn’t needed. Our dj was even included since we went with their preferred company. We also rented bowling lanes during our cocktail hour and our guests loved it. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Christine and Medina! Thank you, Christine for making our day amazing!”
