Location: Medina Lanes

Job Type: Part-time

We are looking for customer service oriented individuals who enjoy the sport of bowling and assisting customers with everything they need to have a great experience at Medina Lanes.

Responsibilities

– Greet guest as they enter the bowling center
– Provide “VIP” service
– Assign lanes and communicate waiting times (if applicable)
– Clean tables after customers have finished
– Assist waitstaff with clearing glassware and plates
– Stay informed of all events happening in the building
– Answer all phone calls professionally
– Be aware of surroundings and see the problem before the customer does
– Perform daily task as outlined

Qualifications

– Must be at least 18 years old
– Reliable and on time, have own transportation preferred
– Friendly and outgoing
– Knowledge and experience with tools preferred – not required. We can provide training and information.
– Able to lift up to 50 pounds
– Must be able to stand and walk for longer periods of time
– Customer service oriented
– Available nights and weekends – hours vary
